Facilities Management services.

Our Facilities Management services ensure optimum operation of all plant and general facilities to ensure the building is regularly maintained and works efficiently and cost effectively, which is in the best interest of the Owners.

Our Facilities Managers utilise their wealth of knowledge and experience to provide expert advice to our clients. We do not outsource our Facilities Management services; our Facilities Managers are employed directly by Canberra Strata and are a valued component of our team.

Facilities Management aspects of the building include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that all contracted service work has been adequately carried out prior to recommending invoices are paid;

  • Ensure that all maintenance contracts, repairs, routine works and servicing offer value for money for the building owners;

  • Liaise with the Executive Committee for repairs, maintenance and upkeep;

  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of all the facilities; and

  • Undertake tender process for contracted services as required.
